The eyes above are made by indenting a ball of white Kato polyclay and pouring in liquid sculpey. It isn't the effect I was after, but I see lots of creepy potential with this technique in the future, and I actually really love the effect for this unfinished doll.
These are eyes in progress also. I simply indented balls of white Kato polyclay, sculpted out for the center indentation to form a crater, and then painted the crevices with different colors of green (I also made more with different colors of brown and blue.) I baked the eyeballs and filled them with Sculpey Gloss non-firing glaze and let them dry (but I did not glaze the rest of the eyeball yet.) What will happen when I rebake them in my doll? I don't know, but I will post a pic and let you know!
