Austin is quite the impressive blooming artist. I had the pleasure of meeting him the other night and he bestowed me with a VERY neat surfing creature. You should see his collection of creepy tree creatures and dragons and monsters all made from aluminum foil. Just amazing. And you can play with them because they move!
I was so thrilled to meet such a talented, creative, interesting little guy. He inspired me to make my next tree sculpture, which you can see here in progress (I wasn't going to make any more of them because they are SOOOOO hard to ship!). The body is apoxie sculpt and the head is polymer clay... it is baking as we speak! I can't wait to see if I can attach it the way I want to after it is baked. I have to keep my fingers crossed!

Oh wow!~ I love trees so i really can't wait to see how this turns out. But I can imagine how hard it is to ship something like this, so fragile.
